My Sister & The Sea is a sweet weatherboard cottage full of treasures and whimsy nestled in the small township of Marion Bay. Located just a short walk away from the beach, and a five minute drive from incredible Innes National Park, with shipwrecks, lighthouses and lookouts, this is the ultimate coastal getaway.
Returning to the cosiness of My Sister and The Sea is the perfect way to end a day adventuring. Think beautiful French linen, daybeds, indoor bathing and outdoor sun bathing, star gazing, a fireplace, bespoke furniture and collected treasures.
The cottage offers two queen size bedrooms plus a twin single room, full kitchen, laundry and separate plywood clad chill zone in the backyard. When the weather warms up, make the most of the large back deck and outdoor hot water bath, all in a vintage rustic style.
When you’ve logged off your emails for the day, it’s time to get sandy! Make the most of the beach location and enjoy surfing, fishing, kayaking and snorkelling. Dhilba Guuranda-Innes National Park is just a quick drive up the road and is a protected area of incredible beautiful, crystal clear water, perfect for surfing, scuba diving, fishing, swimming and exploring.
One thing to note – there is no TV here! This oasis offers time time to talk, feel the silence and return to yourself. Not keen? Best to bring your own devices for Netflix. Get ready for endless summers, sandy feet, long meals, naps on daybeds, swimming, fishing, exploring, laughing and loving.
